LOVE: Man Donates His Liver To Save The Life Of His Dying Wife

A Zambian man recently demonstrated what selfless love is all about. Haswell Kalinda gave up part of his liver to save the life of his wife, Saboi Mundia Kalinda who has been suffering from health complications following the failure of her  liver. Not being willing to lose his wife to the cold hands of death, Mr. Kalinda opted to donate part of his liver in order to secure the life of the woman of his dreams.

After several medical checkups, the couple traveled to India last month so that the wife could undergo a liver transplant. Everything appears to have went on smoothly and reports say the couple is still in India in order to permit the couple to fully recover from their surgeries.

Saboi, in order to show gratitude to her husband and the love of her life, wrote a stunning open love and gratitude letter to her husband from her sickbed. In the letter, she appreciates and her husband, Mr. Haswell Kalinda for his selfless act love and kindness. SEE LETTER BELOW:

Today four weeks ago, God blessed me with the gift of life through my amazing husband who donated part of his liver to save my life. I thank my Jehovah God for what He has done for me. I have learnt so much about God and about life and appreciate God in a new way through my experience.

It is amazing how God has revealed to me and my family how He works out things for our good. Sometimes we get so hurt by the way things are happening even when we pray so hard, but God already has it figured out, even if we don't understand and it is just wonderful when in the end you realise how God was working things out for you.

Therefore I want to say to you 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and he will make your paths straight.' Proverbs 3:5 and 6.

Both me and Haswell are recovering well, I am still in India and hope to be reunited with my family pretty soon.

My family and i have received so much support from so many people including my mother who has sacrificed so much for me and i don't know what i would ever do without her, my amazing transplant team at Max Super Speciality Hospital headed by Dr. Subash Gupta, family and friends, friends of friends and relatives, my wonderful in-laws, my church family at Chainama SDA church and other churches, my workmates at CEC Liquid Telecoms and various people i have never even met.

Thank you for your fasting and prayers, (please continue praying), financial contributions, words of comfort and encouragement and visits. My healing process is ongoing for a while and i continue to ask for your continued prayers. For you all, I am gratefull and pray for God to bless each one of you according to your needs.

Haswell Kalinda I have been trying to find the right words to show how grateful I am for you my dearest husband but I realise no words could ever put into context what your gift means to me. I don't know what I did to deserve you my love, all I can say is that I'm truly blessed.

You have always loved me unconditionally and you are proud to show your love for me to the world. It has been a very bumpy road but you've stuck by my side loving me, praying for me, making me laugh, encouraging me, making me feel beautiful even when I don't feel that way, you have supported me in every way possible. I would like the world to know that you are a wonderful man and I will always love you with all of me.

Thank you for being an example to our kids and everybody else of what true love really is. It's amazing to feel how much our love for each other can still continue to grow after all these years and to such a deeper level.

American Rapper 2Chainz Soon To Tie The Knot After Glamorous Proposal

One of America's Top 10 Rappers 40 year old Tauheed Epps popularly known by his stage name 2Chainz will soon tie the knot after he recently got down on one knee to propose to his  longtime girlfriend, Kesha Ward at the 2018 MET GALA in New York City, New York, USA. 

From every indication, the rapper completely surprised his woman upon their arrival at the gala. He some sort of ceremoniously went on one knee yesterday Monday on the stairs of The Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art. To the surprise of everyone present and the shock of Kesha, 2Chainz asked her to marry him and she said YES!!

The Georgia rapper can be pictured in pictures of the event wearing a black suit with more than two gold chains and some gorgeous sunglasses, while Kesha is seen in a stunning white gown with a plunging neckline and high slit right up to her tighs.

It is to be noted that both 2Chainz and Kesha have three kids together, two daughters and one son. Lovely family they gone make yeah!!! Congrats 2Chainz!!

Timaya Says He Is Not Davido After A Fan Derides Him On Instagram

The King of Nigerian dance hall and Afro pop, the undisputed Timaya recently declared that he is not like Davido. After sharing a photo of himself with his girlfriend on Instagram, a fan of his took to the comment section to state that most Nigerian celebrities including Timaya himself are starting to show off their spouses (girlfriends) because of the recent Davido-Chioma trend. 

We recall that after Davido offered Chioma a Porsche as a wedding gift, there was an onslaught of social media buzz regarding the star and his girlfriend. Of course, there has been a trend of #Assurance, #Davido-Chioma, #Porsche etc etc.

When the above mentioned fan raised what seemingly was a deriding comment on Timaya's post, the artist stepped in to correct the miss-impression by stating that he doesn't show off his girlfriend because he isn't in his 20's. I dare say by 20s he was invariably referring to his colleagues like Davido, Wiz Kid and the rest of them. The artist when forward to declare that: "Nope. People love differently and hey,  I'm not in my 20s". Big brother talking yeah?

Douala: Prostitutes Chop Off Client's Penis

A married man (Name withheld) recently died in a locality near Douala after his penis was reportedly plucked off by two prostitutes.

The man, aged 40, is said to have failed fulfill his own part of a sex business deal with some local prostitutes. He it purported that the man had refused to pay the said prostitutes the sum of 50.000 FCFA for their services rendered.

Reports also say that before other occupants of the hotel where he had been servicing the prostitutes could rush to the scene, the prostitutes had evaporated into thin air. The other lodgers in the hotel rushed the agonizing man to a nearby hospital where he later gave up the ghost.

The 8th Edition of African Fashion Week Cameroon 2018

African Fashion Week has been scheduled to hold as from December 12th 2018.

The 8th edition of the annual African Fashion and Culture Week will hold in the Yaounde Conference Center from the 12th of December to the 15th of December 2018.
